During the prior 8 years, he was a property and casualty actuary with two global insurance companies, as well as a leading international consulting firm. Responsibilities included commercial lines and specialty lines pricing/reserving, alternative risk solutions, latent risk reserving, financial modeling and supervisory duties.
Claude earned his bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics, with a concentration in economics, in 1990 from Johns Hopkins University, and was designated an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society in 1995.
